Helping you get home.
Cari is from Charlotte, North Carolina where she grew up competing in the Junior Olympic Gymnastics Program. Spending up to 40 hours a week training in the gym, while balancing schoolwork, Cari learned time management skills, discipline, and an exceptional work ethic at a very young age. After having considerable success as a competitive gymnast, Cari decided to switch to playing tennis in high school. Although she was late to the game, her hard work and dedication lead her to athletic and academic scholarships at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Cari was the top player and team captain of Eckerd’s NCAA Division II Women’s Tennis Team. Her freshman year, she received the Triton Award for sportsmanship, leadership, and athletic achievement. She was also named to the Sunshine State Conference Honor Roll and a representative of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee all four years attending Eckerd. In 2015, she graduated with degrees in Environmental Studies and Athletic Administration along with a minor in Psychology.
After graduating from Eckerd College, Cari worked as a Tennis Professional at St. Petersburg Tennis Center in St. Petersburg, Florida where she taught tennis lessons to children and adults of all ages. In 2016, Cari moved to Gainesville, Florida where she started off assisting Thomas Group Realty broker-owners, Matt and Tiffany Thomas. Spending 30 hours a week under their expert real estate training, Cari learned how to professionally handle real estate transactions. She obtained her Realtor's License in September of 2016 and sold $2million in sales volume her first year. She is currently in the process of obtaining her GRI (Graduate Realtor) and Broker’s License.
