Tiffany Davis Thomas is an Alachua County Resident and was raised in Gainesville since she was in third grade. After graduating from Eastside High School, Tiffany attended and graduated from the University of West Florida with a B.A. in Communications/Advertising. Tiffany was recruited by the UWF Women’s Soccer coach and played on the school’s Division II team for all four years, while maintaining both athletic and academic scholarships offered to her.
Missing home, Tiffany moved back to the “Swamp” to start a career in real estate alongside her mother and brother (Lore and Eric Davis). In January of 2006, she met Matt Thomas and was swept off her feet and officially became “Mrs. Matt Thomas” in August 2006. Tiffany and Matt not only began their relationship quickly; they both also used their determination and hard work learned from competitive sports to become Top Producers as Realtors in the Gainesville/Alachua County area.
Tiffany partnered with Matt in real estate until 2011, when she was asked to sell new construction for “Gainesville’s Green Builder”, Tommy Williams Homes. While working with Tommy Williams, she was the head on-site agent in the Longleaf Village community and sold over 100 homes, totaling more than $23 Million in sales volume. Loving new construction, Tiffany was able to assist customers with building their dream home and walking them through the process from start to finish. Customizing floor plans, selecting colors/flooring/fixtures, designing electrical and structural plans and monitoring the build process are just a few of the tasks Tiffany was responsible for and able to assist her customers with.
In January of 2012, Matt and Tiffany saw the need for a boutique real estate company and decided to open the doors to Thomas Group Realty. Tiffany remained selling new construction with Tommy Williams until 2014 when she had their twin boys. Now having four children (Maddie, Lily, Davis and Rhett), Tiffany decided to join her family at Thomas Group Realty.
