Born and raised in Gainesville, I know every nook and cranny in the area. I know which neighborhoods are on the way up and which are on the way down, where students like to live, where faculty wants to live, where those who prefer urban lifestyle prefer to be and where families are the happiest and which parks and bike trails are best.
For years I have taught violin in my own studio and performed throughout the southeast backing up celebrities from Sting to Mathis. In addition to my music, I have been the assistant to my Top-Producing mother. Now that I am a licensed Realtor®, she is assisting me with my practice. Together we bring over 30 years of experience to the very complicated task of selling or finding a home.
With my background in the arts, I have extensive knowledge of interior design, architecture and the staging of homes for sale. I have a keen eye for the strengths and weaknesses of homes on the market.
My attorney brother keeps me up-to-date on legal issues, my mother keeps me updated on the rules and regulations and my professor father keeps me grounded in the history of our wonderful country.
