As a trained real estate professional, Hongtao Liu's expertise includes marketing, presentation, negotiation, and sales. He works with his clients throughout the entire transaction process to ensure they receive the highest value.

After earning his Bachelors of Electrical Engineering in China and Masters of Business Administration in Japan, he worked seven years with an import and export business in Qingdao, China. He speaks both Chinese and Japanese.

Hongtao earned his REALTOR license in 2012. In 2017, Hongtao has served 71 customers totaling over $13.5M in sales. In his career, Hongtao has served more than 286 customers,totaling over $46.6M in sales.

In his spare time, Hongtao enjoys spending time with his three children, fishing, and traveling. He is also active member of the Board of Directors for Hua Gen Chinese School.
